DEPOSIT: $400.00 per week. 60 day notice required for refund (less 10% handling fee). Reservations made prior to 1/1/2013 are subject to our NO REFUND policy
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200.00 due upon arrival. This deposit is refunded after the trailer has been inspected before your departure.

BRING: Towels, bed linens, blankets, cooking utensils, pots & pans, pillows, TV and coax cable, etc...
WEEKLY ONLY: Units are rented from Saturday to Saturday during July and August.
MEMORIAL DAY & LABOR DAY: Reservations accepted for a minimum of 3 nights at a special rate of $425.00 this is a $115.00 savings.
Regular rate $180.00 per night.
OFF SEASON STAY: 2 night minimum stay during times other than July, August and holidays ($690.00 per week - $115.00 per night)
