Campground Policies

Cancellation Policy

• All reservations require full payment at the time of booking.

• Park Model Trailer and Cabin Rentals:

  • 80% of the balance will be refunded if cancellation is made 60 days out.

• RV and Tent sites:

  • 80% of the balance will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days out.

Cable TV is available at most electric and water sites at no additional charge.

•   One family and one piece of equipment is permitted per campsite, additional rates apply for extra vehicles.

•   No admittance for arrivals after 10PM.

•   Family means 2 adults, and 2 dependent children under 18 years of age, additional rates apply extra persons.

•   Children under the age of 14 must wear helmet while riding bikes. Bike lights are required after dark.

•   Campsite Check-out time: 1PM. Check-in time: 1PM.

•   Cabin / Trailer Check-out time: 11AM. Check-in time: 3PM.

•   No smoking permitted in cabin and trailer rentals.

•   No motor bikes or golf carts permitted.​

•   No political flags or other inciteful displays.

•   Pets are welcome on all RV and tent sites, but are not permitted in rental cabins, park model trailers or glamping tents.

•   Pets must be kept on leash, under control, and cleaned-up after.

•   A parent must be present with children overnight.

•   No one shall remain at a campsite overnight without a motor vehicle available for emergency transportation.

•   No checks are accepted on arrival. Checks are accepted for advanced deposit.

•   All stays at Avalon Campground are subject to the guests’ acceptance and compliance with campground rules and regulations.

•   Quiet hours: 11PM to 8AM.​
